Yuan-Fen Lai is an accomplished Financial Professional at the New York Life Insurance Company. She has over 35 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry. She is a Lifetime Member of MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table) which is the premier Association of Financial Professionals. She and her husband, Ming, have two adult daughters and two grand daughters.

After obtaining her Master’s degree from Boston University, Yuan has worked for several fortune 100 companies, including JP Morgan Chase and Bankers Trust (now Deutsche Bank). Besides serving the clients, Yuan is very active in serving the community. She was the president for the Global Federation of Chinese Business Women Metro Las Vegas from 2018-2021. She currently serves on the board for NAWBO and is an ambassador for Asian Chamber of Commerce. She received the “2018 Global Outstanding Chinese” award, and was 2018 finalist for the Women of Distinction Awards. She also received "Volunteer of the Year" award from Asian Chamber of Commerce in 2022.

For individuals, she provides personal strategies and consultation on life insurance needs, college funding, mortgage protection, charitable giving, and IRA funding. For business owners, she helps set up buy-sell funding, deferred compensation, executive bonus, key person protection, and qualified plan funding. She also provides services on life insurance, long term care insurance, disability insurance, mutual funds, variable and fixed annuities.
