Sharice has over 20 years of operational experience with over 12 years at the executive level. Sharice worked as a project manager in mergers and acquisitions for a large property management firm for 5 years before moving into an operations role for a higher education company working on integrating a new customer relationship management program and standardized operating procedures for 8 business units.
This catapulted her into the Vice President of Finance and Operations role for a startup art and design college before earning the President position. After leaving higher education, Sharice moved into the Managing Director role at a mid-sized company leading finance and operations. Besides her day to day duties managing the finance, HR, facilities, IT, marketing, sales and compliance departments; she implemented 3 different IT solutions; customer relations, human resources and lead and sales tracking while creating standardized operating procedures for each of her departments.
With a proven track record of finding solutions to increase the top line and decrease expenses, Sharice will find solutions to move your business forward.

What’s your favorite thing to do in Las Vegas?
I'm a foodie, so I love finding restaurants that have amazing food experiences - from fine dining to food trucks, I want to experience amazing food.
How has NAWBO helped you grow your business?
NAWBO has helped me build connections with other women business owners. I believe women have a unique view and circumstances while running their businesses, balancing family, home, business needs. Connecting with other women business owners has helped me not feel alone in my journey and has given me resources to support me and my business.
What are the best tips you’ve learned as a NAWBO member you’d like to share to inspire/help other women business owners in Southern Nevada? (Inspiring Tomorrow’s Leaders)
1. Don't give up. I thought since I had grown so many other businesses, that my business would kick in so much faster than the traditional 3 years, but I learned that owning your own business is much different and it takes time.
2. Network, network, network. You don't know who you may meet and who they know. I met with an insurance agent even though I knew I didn't need insurance and she connected me with an amazing company that needed my services. NETWORK!
3. Be flexible. I had a vision for my business, but that's not what my potential clients needed/wanted, so I had to be flexible and switch things up.
