I have two businesses, born and raised in Las Vegas that bring me joy through the ability to be of service to others. My passion is to always be a Catalyst for change and a connector of people so that I can support them in creating magic together.

I have over 20 years in the staffing industry. In 2015, I became owner and CEO of Taurean Consulting Group, a 100% woman-owned IT staffing and project solutions company. I serve as President and WODA Committee Chair of NAWBO Southern Nevada, a Nevada Pinnacle Business Guide and a National Center for Women & Information Technology Las Vegas affiliate for The LV Techies.
I consider myself the ultimate matchmaker, catalyst and goal-getter that has built successful relationships from creating deep relationships with clients and candidates. My love of staffing stems from working alongside clients to help build amazing collaborative teams, as well as helping job candidates realize their personal and professional goals when her team finds them a fantastic job!
During the COVID-19 pandemic, I saw an opportunity to give back to the small business community and launched Catalyst Mastermind Collaborative, a mastermind group in 2020. My passion for supporting local entrepreneurs and business leaders really flourished during this time. I found fulfillment in helping leaders see themselves bigger to create organizations they are proud to lead, as well as to help build the legacies they dream to leave behind.
In my free time, I love experiencing new adventures with her husband and three children, including many Saturdays on the soccer field, Sundays watching the LAS VEGAS Raiders, and catching the Vegas Golden Knights games whenever possible.

What’s your favorite thing to do in Las Vegas?
I love that we have professional sports here and love going to see my Raiders play, the Golden Knights and the Aviators and love that we have a Women's Professional Basketball team here. I love connecting with friends over amazing meals at our incredible restaurants. More than anything, I love raising my three growing kids here.
How has NAWBO helped you grow your business?
Being a part of NAWBO has helped me grow as a leader, and has provided me with so many learning opportunities. Whether it is a workshop, a luncheon or a panel discussion, the information shared in the community has helped me in so many ways grow in a personal and professional way. The relationships I have formed with other women business owners gives me life. I am constantly inspired by the businesses that they have created and how they are impacting our community.

-Do not have to go at it alone!
-When women work together, a ripple effect is created that transcends out businesses and has an impact on our communities in creating legacy and generational wealth.
-I can always find ways to do more for the community I am so lucky to be a part of and women to do it with me!
